December 1, 2022 - Typical of the ripe 2007 vintage, rich plum, nutty, great balance so good by itself (with cheese, bread, crackers) but with enough acidity to go well with steak (but loses some prominence). Drink now.

February 5, 2021 - I had it blind and it felt like a 2010 Brunello, didn’t sense the French barnyard anywhere. Medium body, complex and pleasant. It pairs best with fish or chicken.
