August 23, 2018 - Decanted for ca 1 hour. The cork was half way stained and intact. Vibrant nose of mineral, pepper and capsicum. Medium bodied, very smooth with almost resolved tannins, delivering subtle ripe/sweet dark fruit with notes of mineral and capsicum in that typical CF way. A minor dusty kick on the finish. In a very good spot. This is one elegant and poised CF that still has life for some years.
