October 9, 2021 - Dark garnet. Pronounced tertiary aromas - dried cassis and cherry, prune, cedar, tobacco, smoke, hint of menthol, earth. Fully developed. Dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ fine, chalky tannins, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), full body, long finish, although slight hole in the mid palate. Very good quality, fully mature Bordeaux, elegant, well balanced, shows the benefit of St Estephe in hot vintages.

March 20, 2021 - Nice, probably ready to be drunk. And I keep wine a Cc long time.

December 21, 2019 - A great second wine, albeit a second wine. Has the impressive aromatics that mark Cos itself. A bit on the black fruit side, nicely rich across the palate, but a modest finish; expected of a second wine. In pretty much every way I think this replicates Cos itself, but for sure, writ small.

December 28, 2018 - From half bottle, a little young than I thought, just pop and pour, dark ruby in colour, very healthy! The nose is quite earthy, mainly black cabernet fruits, with a little spice and a hint of oak, very classy! The palate is slightly harsh, bombard by the black fruits! Although simple but full-bodied, still remarkably fresh, will continue to improve over the next few years, ready to go, but no rush!

July 27, 2018 - Nose of moist earth, funk, and dark berries. Testes of blackberries, plums, and tart cherries, along with well integrated oak. Medium bodied and balanced with plenty of fruit, soft, mellow tannins, and nice acidity. Moderate finish. Fully mature and drinking well.
