October 28, 2019 - Splendid wine at its peak. Gorgeous nose of honey, green apple, grapefruit and stunning energy sending waves and waves of clove, nutmeg, coffee and toasted bread. Not all at same time but slowly and sensually bringing nuances of them. There is a purity which is verging on super mineral and saline which transforms into a delicious yet slightly bitter profile which is making it super complex and making me sip slowly into this dignified and I am appreciating every single drop of it.
At this point there is an allure that comes with years of cellaring and that the initial baby fat gone, but this dignity of being its own is calling for a moment of enjoyment and appreciation. Life is beautiful indeed. Cheers,

August 19, 2017 - Very nice, and at a mature stage. Secondary elements surfacing and meeting the slightly fading fruits to let the wine show off its class and elegance. The '06 profile is here but not overwhelmingly and in fact it really has kept a great body shape. Yes, nearly sexy but not waxy, rather natural in fact and simply at the stage where the terroir is starting to knock on door to the fruits. Delicious and probably would be at its best plateau for another couple of years( ) Cheers,

October 31, 2010 - Still fairly closed for a 2006, true to terroir, restrained, but excellent depth and balance. Some oak not yet fully integrated. Needs more time.
