    October 27, 2021 - Presenta un bonito color oro con tendencias cobrizas. Sorprende la ausencia prácticamente total de burbuja ni a la vista, ni al gusto. El aroma es de pan tostado, pastelería, frutos secos y un fondo mineral. En boca es muy suave y equilibrado la sensación que da es esencialmente de mantequilla con pan tostado, el predominio de la mantequilla es absoluto, en consecuencia es graso, y casi viscoso. Notas de evolución que lo hacen ligeramente ajerezado. Un champagne excelente pero para el cual ya pasó su mejor momento, lo que no implica que no se pueda beber y disfrutar

    October 3, 2021 - By the glass. 100% chardonnay. This was the only vintage of the event. Very mellow, smoked, dense, certainly abundant and fully evolved towards bakery notes. Coming from very old vines with malolactic fermentation, it is a champagne of distinction, one that stands out within the extensive range of Gimonnet.

    Por copas. 100% chardonnay. Muy meloso, ahumado, denso, ciertamente abundante y plenamente evolucionado hacia notas de panadería. Procedente de viñas muy viejas con fermentación maloláctica realizada, se trata de un champán de distinción, uno que destaca dentro de la extensa gama de Gimonnet.

    November 27, 2015 - Disgorged in 2012) Yellow colour with a stream of bubbles. Mature nose showing minerals, hazelnuts and brioche in a wonderful combination. Nice and fruity palate so typical for the vintage with less acidity but a nice and fresh acidic finish. Didn't match the toast with Kalix roe, but was perfect with the fresh lobster! Best 2014-2024.

    Very much alive and kicking, with fab mousse.
    Freachness with some sort of acidy drag in the middle, and still some deapth with the fruit. No sign of sweatness whatsoever, No bread. Lovely! Drink now or in 10 years, it does not matter it will be awsome anyway. Mousee mousse mousse!

    November 17, 2013 - light color, straw hue, lots of very fine mousse. a very mineral driven style with citrus and apple aromas, no obvious oak use, no oxidation, an average amount of toast... very clean and focused. on the palate quite dry with very high acidity, a focused midpalate without much cream or weight, low alcohol. overall i found this wine to be very focused and cru-like with a lot of potential that needs 2-3 more years to flesh out though i suspect the style will always be un-99 like.

    Duft av blodappelsin, gule epler, toast. På en måte tykk duft som er vidunderlig.
    Smaken følger opp, og har søte gule plommer men noe som kan minne om plommeskall fra disse søte plommene på ettersmaken.
    Syren er absolutt bra nok til å bære den flotte frukten.
    Lang ettersmak. Boblene døde noe raskt, men en super vin! 92+

    April 16, 2012 - Champagnedagen 2012 (Grand Hotel, Stockholm): Nose: discrete development with cocoa powder and some dried fruit.
    Palate: high acidity, good fruit, some mineral, some spice. Rather accessible. 90-91 p.
