November 28, 2019 - Drinking strong. Lots of floral hints. Possibility for further improvement
October 19, 2017 - Tasted at Yan's China Bistro three red wines from 2005, (Vilafonte, Manyetes, and Nickel& Nickel Regusci), nose of black berry, mint, and earth, same on the palate, medium/big body, easy to sip and savor, simple, mouth filling fruit, and a medium/finish.
June 16, 2016 - A well structured wine, elegant tannins, good fruit. Blackberry and slightly eucalyptus nose, not especially complex, but delicious palate with good length.
February 24, 2013 - Drank a few weeks ago but this was absolutely wonderful! Give it a good decant and drink up.
December 21, 2011 - An absolutely wonderful Bordeaux blend with classic left-bank notes. The Cab provided the punch, while the Merlot provided the lushness. This was one of those wines where I only bought a single bottle and wished I had bought more. Would have been nice to spend more time with this wine but we drank it with family before going out to dinner for my wife's birthday.

January 6, 2011 - Dark black color with a touch of ruby. On the nose I get dark fruit, a little of the menthol noted below and a little cassis. Nice full mouthfeel, a stony weghted, dark cherry with good overall balance. Better than the first bottle from this purchase.
