December 11, 2015 - Depending on the glass used, there were hints of VA on the nose. In the "right" glass this was a stunner. Rose petals, silky tannins, tremendous complexity and evolution in the glass. My top red of this incredible tasting, by a hair.

March 16, 2009 - Tasted blind I whispered to a friend DRC? Simply stunning with impeccable balance, weight and stunning length reminding me of King Kong and how gently he handled the beautiful girl he kidnapped. My first Leroy Moose and hopefully not my last. Stunning!
