March 25, 2009 - Patrick Will with Ex Cellars (Crow's Nest): Great package! Nice and floral with berries on the nose. Not as yeasty as anticipate (4 years on lees). Medium bodied palate with moderate acidity. Has a nice richness on midpalate, but not too much. Nice berries, minerals, and finishes with a touch of tannin?!?! Finishes like some of the dry rose's from Loire. Interesting.
