  December 25, 2023 - Nice, deep taste, brioche, stable background, but acidity a bit down already. This was a 2002 vintage and probably as its best already some 5 years ago. It was still pleasant and highly drinkable, but for sure not good to cellar anymore, so it was a hight tinme to open it.

  Frisk och ung champagne, gröna äpplen, limeskal, blommor. Absolut gott men kunde inte hålla emot konkurrensen den här gången.

  October 18, 2020 - BYOB hyped and disregarded vintages - a free interpretation (Sollentuna chez Innertällmo bryggeri): Both green and red apples, some sweetness in the fruit, a touch of bitter on the finish which starts ut rather strict. Surprisingly youthful. However, it fades during the evening, during the mid point of the arch it has expressed a very generous creamy texture and taste, that I really like. Impressive from a rather old bottle from a producer that I never buy and always have felt is a little too highly priced for what it is, in the Swedish stores at least.

  October 17, 2020 - Great champagne, very balanced and quite complex. Starts out with fresh acidity and kiwi, with more air there’s also fudge and a nice creaminess.

  January 7, 2020 - Great. Some sherry but positive, burnt butter, apple. Drank it head to head with Cristal 06. This felt far older than the four year difference between the wines.
