December 18, 2021 - This slipped down beautifully over a long luncheon. Open expressive refined Syrah.

May 4, 2020 - I opened the bottle from which I drank a glass via Coravin. I decanted it a couple of hours. The nose is very complex with licorice and bergamot touches. Very enjoyable. However the palate is very lean. Too lean for my taste from a pure tasting stand point. But it works well with rich food.

    April 5, 2020 - A glass with Corravin.
Beautiful nose with pepper, violet, vanilla and bacon fat. complex and bright. The palate is not as appealing, although it displays a good freshness (bright acidity) and decent length. Light bodied (I did not find the harshness that some of you guys experiences below - the wine may be getting to an opening phase).
Overall, an elegant and enjoyable wine. Would be curious to see how the wine evolves with air.
    No hurry to drink.

March 24, 2014 - Similar experience to the previous tasting note. Dark, violet in colour, Lovely nose, creamy oak, ferries and red berry fruit, elegant and fine, floral. On the palate lacking fruit and flesh, not very generous, but really quite acidic and tannic. Not bad but not great.
