September 3, 2005 - Darwin Wine Challenge - 7th (Darwin, NT, Australia): Bright light straw coloured, Fruity bouquet with small amounts of yeast. Good beading and mousse, good acid balance with a good length. Not quite as good as a French champagne, but very nice and well rounded.
