June 25, 2023 - Deep color. Dark fruits on the nose. Tannins are smooth. Nice dark fruit on the palate including some blueberry. Not tongue staining. Great finish

June 2, 2023 - Very nice floral aromas. Ruby red in glass. Grippy tannins framed by bright acidity. Red fruit flavors with a hint of minerality and some menthol on the finish. Nicely done.

April 11, 2021 - Dark ruby, heavy body, slight tannin presence, but very soft. This wine just gets better with age. Still has that "meaty" characteristic Petite Syrahs are known for, but doesn't lack fruit either.

January 9, 2021 - Still drinking well. Dark color. Had a little of the Vincent Arroyo taste, but faded as we drank the wine. Decanted about a half hour before. Enjoyed with short ribs, and this had the acidity, etc to stand up to them. And last glass was great on its own.

January 18, 2019 - Sadly my last bottle in my case. The good news is I am on to the case of 2008. This wine is still showing very well.
