July 18, 2014 - Decanted & drunk over 3 hours. Still looking very youthful with a muted nose red berry & pepper. Unfortunately short & acidic in the mouth & bitter aftertaste. Last glass was better so maybe s/c has stifled development or just past it's best. Decant for longer next time
