September 22, 2018 - Brought to a Tinder date in Alexandria, VA. Ripe blackberry, black currant, blueberry, forest floor, wild mushrooms. Medium everything. This wine is drinking very well right now, and 06 wasn’t even a great vintage in Oregon.

October 11, 2017 - A good but not great aged OPN. Its nose shows dark fruit, slight blueberry, mushroom, and forest floor/meat. On the palate, it tasted like blackberry and faint cherry, with slight cedar and orange peel. Certainly a good effort in a hard year. But drink up. this is just past its peak.

July 4, 2014 - Lovely mature OR pinot. Nose was very nice and showing perfect maturity, lots of baking spice and complexity.
Palate was smooth, full, complex and very enjoyable.
    Would buy.

September 17, 2013 - Darker red than many Oregon pinots. Classic aromatics with dark cherry, forest floor and floral notes. More fruit than earth flavor profile of cherries and strawberries followed by warm baking spices. Great example of fully mature Oregon PN.

April 4, 2012 - A lttie too much vintage characteristic coming through on this. Starting to brick up ever so slightly. Good mix of earth and dark fruits aromatically, but is a bit too sappy, sweet and well....big on the palate. Hard to gauge what the future holds for this; should hang onto the last bottle until 2015 or so to see......
