July 15, 2022 - Riesling & Pinot Noir Night (Peking Duck House Downtown): Not much has changed since February. This is singing to me. At a great stage of development. Tannins are almost fully integrated. Mature enough for me. So enjoyable. My WOTN
Last bottle of my half case.

February 18, 2022 - Medium garnet in color. The nose has developed more mushroom notes in the last couple of years. The soil, cedar and savory herbs still linger along strawberry and raspberry notes. Dry on the palate, medium acidity, well integrated oak and alcohol. Good amount of extract, mouthfeel is silky, polished and the finish is dry and of medium plus length. This has had a very good life. Every bottle has turned out great every time I've popped one.

February 1, 2022 - Tons of mushrooms on the nose and palate. Smooth and silky. Strawberries on the palate. Enjoyed with Jim at the Village Green. This wine was paired with the duck spring rolls. 92/93

October 27, 2020 - A lot lighter than last time. This is more on the ruby spectrum. The nose is developing. Nice notes of cedar, soil and savory herbs. Very polished wine. Silky smooth, mid-length finish. Would score even higher if there was more extract but really enjoyable bottle.

January 19, 2020 - Popped and poured. Ruby color. Lightly perfumed nose of raspberries, cedar and sage. Medium body. Starts with earthy red fruits, then more savory herbs, with a long, lush finish. More delicate than I expected. Nicely balanced. Paired with a wide range of foods. Terrific wine and showing it’s age nicely.
