March 21, 2015 - Vin mentholé. Rien d'exceptionnel.

July 9, 2012 - On the nose, the kerosine, pine, and cherry pipe tobacco was noticeable, but diminished with time. Upon first opening, it was very astringent, but the tannins diminishes over time, and also with food. After 2-3 hours, tannisn have mellowed, and the taste is exceptionally complex and structured. Sour cherry is in the taste. THis is a very nice wine now, but I will wait for several years to drink my next bottle, and several years more after that, for the next.
