June 2, 2024 - This wine was fantastic! At this price, it's truly unbeatable. There's still so much life left in this bottle, making it an excellent example of a mature Brunello. From the moment it was uncorked, the lively tannins were immediately noticeable. We didn't decant it initially, which I now regret. Notes of plums, earthy tones, black cherries, and a hint of coffee. Full-bodied, complex, and with a lasting finish. This was my only bottle, but if I had more, I'd drink up!

April 30, 2024 - I have a lot of 2004 Brunellos and this is one of the best. Sadly, this is the last of this bottling.
