September 7, 2019 - Last bottle. This drank well and was good with a variety of different foods. It has sharp acidity, lively sour cherry fruit, and some herbal notes. The tannins are still noticeable but not too rough. Overall, I found this to be a good food wine, but most people would probably find it to be pretty austere if drunk on its own. It somewhat lacks depth and richness, as it is a more traditional style of brunello. A reasonable value at the $44 I paid, but I would not seek out more at that price.

August 20, 2019 - Strawberries and eucalyptus on the nose. On the palate, cherry and blackberry with notes of strawberry, earth, and leather on the medium to long finish, with light tannins and good acidity. This is nicely balanced between power and elegance. It's excellent, and it should hold for some years, although it probably won't get any better.

July 14, 2019 - Some tasty stuff here. Didn't take detailed notes, but this looks a bit like a 15 year old wine with some bricking on the edges, but tastes extremely young.

July 2, 2019 - In a great spot right now - no reason to hold any longer.

May 25, 2019 - Beautiful Brunello typicity, great balance and complexity. Seems to be at peak though no danger of decline anytime soon.
