December 4, 2008 - Not past its prime, but definitely unlikely to get better. Its age has likely muted some of the youthful Zin fruit and pepper aspects, but they are there in a more refined format. Still elegant with a little zip.

November 16, 2008 - Opened this bottle well past the recommended drinking window. On the palate there were no hints of better potential with any additional time. Soft red fruit and a sprinkle of black pepper. Relatively smooth though tannins were on then off again. Left wonder how this would have been two or three years ago.
