February 23, 2009 - Slightly sparkling when first opened, let breathe in the glass for 2 hours and it went away. Low acidity, high residual sugar. Doesn't taste like it spent any time in oak barrels, but that's consistent with a beaujolais. Simple, but enjoyable.
