March 8, 2023 - No decanting is needed, just pop, pour, and enjoy the essence of creamy-textured kirsch, cherries, herbs, spice, and cocoa in the supple-textured, fruit-filled finish. Drink from 2023-2030.

November 9, 2022 - Pretty strong funk and weird after taste when first opened, but blew off and settled down. Middle of the fairway CdP later and second day. Probably drink up.

November 6, 2022 - Clearly our 1st (of 3) was corked. Nose of bread dough and yeast. Tasted OK but clearly wasn’t right base on reviews. Coravined a glass from one of the other bottles and confirmed, it was toast. The Coravined glass was wonderful, pepper, spice, chocolate, coffee, dark fruit and beautiful finish. Based on the glass from the 2nd bottle we’d put it in the 91-93pt range. Will revisit over the holidays.

October 23, 2021 - This was beautiful with rack of lamb and asparagus risotto. Fantastic pairing with chocolate for dessert - wow. This IS a food wine and did not disappoint! Last bottle. Wish we had more! :)

July 10, 2021 - PnP and drank this delightful CdP with braised pork shoulder. Still going strong at 14. Concentrated fruit, licorice and earth notes. Drink or hold.
