October 1, 2022 - Drank at Oinoscent, opened at 20.30, tasted at 10.45
In the nose, the wines shows high intensity, floral notes, very fresh, sour cherries, spicy, fine oak layer, earthy, clove, carnacion petals, fine, fresh and elegant in all its power and density.
In the palate, the wine shows elevated acidity, tight tannins, gamey profile, mineral, medium body, iron and iodine rich long finish. The oak frames its almost underripe red cherry fruit, red currant and sour cherry.
Needs time to breathe, half the bottle was decanted.

February 20, 2022 - Our last bottle and unfortunately it did not go out with a bang. Decanted for a good 30 mins but unfortunately never got to the stage we saw in the past and we wonder if its just past its great times ( we definitely expected a lot more longevity from this) or just an off bottle. Was a touch sweet, bot very expressive and albeit we could not fault it it was not exciting either. An 89 and we need to ring the bell of bottle variation given the first few we had were much much better

August 16, 2021 - Needs decanting to open up for sure a good 30mins minimum.
After that very much a walk in the park , elegant, good fruit, soft spice and with a rich overall feel. Really halfway in its drinking window and this would easily last another 10yrs and evolve nicely as such. Very solid once again and another 91

May 5, 2021 - After a poor show a few month sago this was back on form and singing from the moment of the pop of the cork. Smoky and evolved on the nose, really the nose is the highlight of the wine, elegant and well mannered , silky almost. Very solid and with lots of life ahead too but really delicious now. Great value for money too. 91-92

March 26, 2021 - A touch sweeter and spicier than last time and definitely we should have decanted it quite a bit more. Maybe an off bottle ( not flawed) a touch sweeter and licking the charm of earlier bottles... 89 at best now and far cry front he solid 91s this scored earlier in the year.
