  March 10, 1991 - With Kathy and Miranda at home at dinner (fix-and-forget-it stew). Medium ruby color, good viscosity. Good cherry scented fruit, spicy with a hint of cinnamon. Tasty fruit in the mouth; slightly earthy. Medium ruby with good "grip." Quite precocious, and lacking in backbone just a bit; nevertheless, good upfront fruit makes this a tasty wine. Good wine; not a classic, but attractive in its way. 5-10-14-7:86/100.
