April 19, 2014 - love this chardonnay. still nice. last bottle only problem
March 24, 2013 - Color: bright medium yellow. Primarily citrus nose with lemon, lime, grapefruit. Palate was creamy and lush. Lemon with a little butter; popcorn(?). A little low in acid but a nice medium-long finish. Pleasantly quaffable. Good QPR as usual.
November 30, 2012 - well integrated and ready to drink
September 28, 2012 - Has really matured since my last bottle. Roasted pear. Gingerbread. Dried herbs and flowers. Poached apple. Still oak influenced but no in a bad way. Palate is light to medium bodied with lemon zest flecked pear and apple centered on a beam of still solid acidity. Mature.
October 29, 2011 - Fruity nose in this medium Chardonnay. Somewhat between a California and a French. Not buttery and not minerally (if there is such a word).
October 21, 2011 - Excellent as usual.
September 4, 2011 - Consistent with previous notes.
July 18, 2011 - Gimme a break...oak juice at its best...the fruit was somewhere in there,smothered by the wood,poor little thing,never stood a chance!
June 2, 2011 - consistent with previous notes.
April 22, 2011 - great with crab cakes tonight. smooth, balanced oak
