March 6, 2011 - Clear ruby color. Nose offers red cherry fruit, earth, and spice, which follows through on the palate. Good balance of fruit, acids, and tannins. Medium bodied with a medium finish. Solid PN

February 1, 2011 - WSET Intermediate Course, Session 2 Tastings (Washington Wine Academy, Arlington, VA): Appearance: clear, medium intensity, ruby. Nose: clean, medium intensity, fruit: red fruit - cherry, strawberry, raspberry, floral: rose petal, spice: baking spices (a hint?), vegetal: smoke (very subtle, not from oak), mushroom. Palate: dry, medium-high acidity, light body, low tannin, fruit: tons of red fruit - cherry, raspberry, spice: cinnamon (significant, somewhat unpleasant), oak (spicy), medium length/finish. Conclusion: good (typical Sonoma Pinot, but not particularly distinctive).

July 9, 2010 - A very decent Pinot noir. Not the best wines from Jacuzzi but still good.

December 22, 2009 - Tasted after a Gary Farrel Pinot Noir so it paled in comparison. Thin and light with good fruit of short duration, finish was swift but then lingered with faint scents of earth and chocolate.
