Community Tasting Notes 2

September 23, 2011 - Lovely gold color in the glass, light aroma of stone fruits and pineapple. Bright mouth-feel with ample acidity and just a hint of sweetness.

February 23, 2011 - The nose reminds me of a gently baked apple pie dusted with nutmeg. The fruit and crust scents are accompanied by some minerality. It's clean and clear on the palate. The apples are rich and gentle at the same time, which is a cool sensation. There's a hint of butterscotch toward the finish as the wine gently dries out. Enjoyable, even apple flavors linger.
