November 24, 2016 - Golden yellow in color. Cork dried ouy which broke in two with remnants in the bottle. Chalk on the nose. Nice palate of minerals and nuts with a hint of lemon. An ok easy drinker.

October 13, 2016 - Last bottle of 3. Has developed a lot of complexity, still with underlying notes of citrus and stones. Relaxed and smooth, pleasant. Still, I prefer to drink this young.

April 5, 2015 - Very developed towards the nutty yeasty side of this wine. Not OTH but definitely fully developed and was a very nice contrast with the other lunch Chablis. Last Bottle.

December 17, 2013 - Belle patine, grande fraîcheur. Avec le temps qui passe, on se situe entre le chardonnay et le chenin. Très beau !

November 4, 2012 - Adequate. Lightly bodied, acid driven, yet nicely balanced, medium finish. The wine was good, but not great, with fish. I like the style of the wines; the thing this lacks is complexity and minerality.

September 2, 2012 - It has been rewarding to drink this case over the years. We' ve open a bottle of this wine and most deffinetly it have reached it' s perfection. The wine shows a very clear aspect with gold colour and medium intensity. A clean nose, medium intensity with aromas of passion fruit, pinneaple and evoluting to some white peach. On the palate medium + acidity with a very austere body that seems to have integrated since last bottle in 2011. Very mineral, precise flavours with pinneaple, citric fruits and a huge character of minerality.

April 25, 2012 - A subtle, delicate nose with floral, funky herbal (not at all unlike Campari), and fruit pit. Light to medium-bodied with slightly souring acidity, cherry, and vermouth-like herbal notes. Finishes a little short and falls out on the mid-palate.

A refreshing, albeit somewhat flabby wine. Then again, it is a 5 year old white.

December 23, 2011 - Medium yellow. In the nose very Aligoté typical with clear exotic fruit (pineapple, Maracuja, Lemon) and some ginger. Light, but very nicely balanced and elegant. On the palate fairly full, fresh, well structured with lemony acidity and again lots of pineapple that drives the finish. Very, very good.
