September 3, 2018 - Very soft and balanced tannins. Good layers of ripe red fruit, mocha, blueberries, mint and toast. A very enjoyable wine but the short finish made me longing for more.

March 1, 2015 - Drink up! Been drinking this wine since 2010 and it's been a really good cab the whole way. This last bottle has reached a great balance and was very enjoyable. Dark fruit, medium to full bodied, with soft tannins and oak. Very nice.

May 2, 2014 - A very nice entry level wine from this maker. Pretty floral nose with medium balance between fruit and vegetal characteristics on the palate. lingering aftertaste. Too bad it was the one and only bottle but there are more of the Right Banks.

September 29, 2013 - I agree with TigerPaw75 --- drinking perfectly right now. Slight bricking at outer rim. Similar blackberry, cassis profile as observed in my note from '10, though now showing some coffee and leather development. Better depth of fruit than the '08 we drank a month ago, so I have added a point. Last bottle. Drink up in the next year or two, because it will not get better. Still feel it is an excellent value at 22.

March 9, 2013 - Drinking very nice right now...I was concerned these might be fading but it drank really well. Purple in the glass. Dark fruits, and some cedar on the nose. Medium to full bodied. Tannins are still there but may be smoothing out to the point that it may become somewhat flat and uninteresting given another year or two. Drink up.

February 24, 2013 - first of a case. dense cassis dominated with structure and a reasonably long finish. I would otherwise be excited (QPR) if not for a green note that pervades the mid-palate and lasts through the finish. Hope this is a single bottle or it disappears with additional bottle aging...

July 21, 2012 - Dense, cassis and restraint. More European than the typical Napa valley cab. Will disappoint some for that reason. Needs decanting at this point. May improve with another year or two. Very good value for the price.
