August 31, 2019 - The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), cherry, forest floor and vanilla. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
    A near perfect cab.

September 16, 2017 - Had this at the Ocean Room in Kiawah. I was surprised because they must have had 6-7 vintages of it including in magnum and I never heard of it before last night.

Decanted for an hour and have wonderful aromatics to it. Blackberry jam dominant.

On the tongue the wine is slightly spiced and fruit forward with lingering spice. The finish is long at well over 30 seconds.

    A really nice wine

July 7, 2017 - Grippy, textured, surprisingly tannic for 2005. Great Napa mountain fruit. Drinking fantastically, still has plenty of life.
