May 15, 2013 - Big, fat, pungent, juicy, firm, with a dry, stony/slatey, lime-flesh/zest finish.
Riesling-skin(contact) with hint of fuder echo in the background throughout adding quince, tart-apricot, & lime-oil in the aftertaste.
Impressive. My 1st Molitor Feinherb/Green-Cap.
