    March 14, 2011 - What a pleasant surprise! I was thinking Colorado Cab...yeah...right.

There is no way this would ever stand up to a CA Cab, but for an every day pop and pour drinker a great wine!

Nice clarity and a deep red color. Nose of cherry, raspberry, and oak. Very delicate cherry and cassis palate with huge oak. An interesting spicy/pepper finish. Nothing fancy here.

Tannins a touch flat, but good acidity.
