December 23, 2021 - Meo's 2007 NSG 1er Aux Murgers bats way above its league with a gorgeous, complex nose of red currant and sous bois. Red currant on the palate, excellent acidity, minimal weight. Very good. Drink now through 2030+.

November 15, 2021 - The nose is fragrant with sweet red currant, citrus peel and haw flakes. Palate is light with sweet red currant. The nose alone is Prieure Roche like. 91-92

May 2, 2021 - This is all about the finish. Red brick; A lightly subdued but fragrant nose; a moment of pure meaty silk that is quickly met by a long, barely present chalk tannin that goes on into Tuesday morning, with strawberry fruit umami introduced as a foil. Needs time to unwind, the middle could be more forceful, but, the finish...

October 1, 2019 - A very likeable wine with expressive aroma on nose. Started to open up nicely in Zalto glass after an hour of bottle decant. Balanced with nice finishing and good length.

March 26, 2019 - Really lifted aromatics, pure sweet cherry. Elegant and clean, silky texture, balanced acidity with fruit. This is great to drink now.

November 4, 2018 - This is drinking beautifully now, light bodied, with bright red fruit and a fine nose. Lingering finish, just a delightful wine.

September 13, 2017 - Pnp at home. Slightly cloudy garnet with bit of browning towards the rim. With some swirling plenty of wood spices on the nose, strawberry jam, on the palate this is very smooth and light footed, some red fruit but lacking a bit concentration, this is 07 after all, medium (-) finish. Pretty but this must be at peak. 91-92

June 24, 2016 - Drank on a root day with other four bottles of NSG red. All performed weirdly with very fatigued bouquet and lack of fruit on the palate. Either it's the environment (heavy smells from the kitchen) or our bad luck today. NR.
