January 2, 2021 - Tellement agréable à boire! De la belle bourgogne avec beaucoup de finesse encore une belle trame de fruits rouge et une légère acidité qui amène de la fraîcheur. Le nez est discret mais agréable. Ne pas attendre il a même probablement passé son apogée.

September 29, 2019 - Ironically the best showing of this wine on the last bottles of the case. Fully mature but showing a little more of its pedigree than past tastings. Wouldn't hold on any longer if you have bottle on hand.

February 13, 2017 - True ruby color. Classic red fruit and spice nose - put together and serious but not pondering. Palate is more austere - showing some oak influence on the finish. Not up to the nose - maybe some time will soften things out. The nose is terrific right now but the palate is under-wined for the elevage. (87)

January 24, 2014 - Dark spiced fruit on the nose, concentrated but elegant Vosne fruit on the palate, lingering finish with soft tannins. The wood has integrated nicely since last tasted a year or so ago and is now practically invisible. This drinks well above village level. Great stuff.

August 25, 2013 - Almost in harmony. Fruit and tannins not yet together but already a better wine than 4 months ago. One more year in bottle should see some improvements, I hope, as the potential is there.
