December 25, 2012 - Decent wine but pretty boring. Large nose of stems, cherry liquor and a touch of heat. Palate was a bit angular. A decent pairing with slow cooked beef stew.

June 29, 2010 - A disappointing shiraz, even for an inexpensive one. It was appropriately dark and leggy, but a nondescript nose and not much on the palate. There was nothing wrong with this wine; it is just mass-produced and uninteresting.

August 4, 2009 - Blackberry, pepper, plum and toast nose. Ripe palate with good flavours and structure; long smoky finish. Good value.
