January 10, 2020 - I really enjoyed this, perhaps more than many others at the table and on cellar tracker. Clear and pale, ruby to garnet. Fresh red fruits on the nose, specifically strawberries. Some chocolate. Medium sweetness, medium acidity, low tannins and alcohol, light to medium bodied, fruity and floral , with a long finish. This was delicate and pure. Drinks so well. Balanced. Ready but will improve.

January 10, 2020 - Feminine, soft, young after the 76 Noellat Beaux Monts, good nose but still oaky, a refined Chambolle, I would say it needs at least 3-5 years to reach its peak

August 7, 2018 - Not showing much of anything after a one-hour decant. Fruit is dissipating leaving acid and wood. The 07 village tried a month later was much worse.

October 21, 2017 - Lovely nose of cherries, red berries, and mushrooms. Red berries, strawberries, and tart cherries on the palate. Nice finish.

(Comte Georges de Vogüé Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru) A similar fruit profile on the nose, augmented with fresh, slightly more floral top-notes. Clearly the mouthfeel has more gras (fat), width and innate complexity. Wide, complex, fresh and very faintly long. There is more than a hint of minerality here too. Additional complexity comes through on the nose with a range of herbs and spices that compliment the fruit. I liked this very much.
