May 28, 2021 - Very good, needed 90 minutes in decanter for it to truly open up - complex and elegant, fine structure w balance of fruit and acidity. Bouquet of warm straw, barnyard with hints of chocolate and leather

March 23, 2015 - Perfect fill and storage... Wine required an hour in a decanter to awake from a closed slumber.. but when it did come around it was delightful... Herbaceaous barnyard and earthy aromas with cherries... Wine was well balanced and finished well... a very satisfying burgundy!!! Outstanding

April 20, 2013 - Nicely complex nose of red cherry, green olives, some smoke and a bit of sulfur. Very bright on the palate with some spice to go along with the red and black fruit. Medium finish with nice grip.

September 30, 2012 - Slightly more complex nose than the 2005 with more pronounced red cherry on the nose and palate. Plenty of fruit and structure. Medium finish with some tannin. This does seem more new world in style but very nice.
