January 31, 2016 - Doesn't taste sweet like a Riesling, but it's nice flavor. Bitter in the swallow, amply acidic lean and sinewy.
September 1, 2012 - Wines at the Cabin (Aiken, MN): Lemon, orange peel, minerals and a touch of sweetness. Always a good value for under $10.
October 26, 2011 - Full gold color with aromas of peach and apricot. Overall too sweet. It was syrupy with a faint bitter body to balance. It is labelled as a crowd pleaser but not in our house where we prefer Alsatian rieslings. Are there any West Coast Rieslings which fit our profile?
October 10, 2011 - Just a bit too sweet for my taste, a good wine, but the sweetness "overpowers" the other rather nice tastes and aromas
August 12, 2011 - Pale yellow. Lemon, apple, stone fruit, minerals, and a touch of petrol on the nose. Off-dry with good acidity, medium mouthfeel. Apple, lemon, and stone fruits on the palate. Easy to drink, and a great value.
March 24, 2011 - Though we haven't sampled a huge variety of rieslings this was by far our favorite. Not too sweet. Very pleasant on the palate. Aroma of apricots.
March 14, 2011 - Better then I expected for sure, as someone who isn't a big riesling drinker, particularly sweet whites. It had some sweetness of course, melon, a nice minerality, slate maybe. Easy quaffer, good value.
February 16, 2011 - Great for 7 bucks. Just on the verge of too sweet. Pear-mellon flavors with strong note of honey.
January 18, 2011 - clean pear, almond and floral notes; a bit too sweet but this is balanced by good (tho sl coarse) acidity; good match with the sushi
January 15, 2011 - A little too sweet - almost syrupy
The wine looks Yellow gold colored.
