March 27, 2012 - Unpleasant background aroma that never disappeared. I'm not expert enough to definitively say is is brett, but that was my conclusion. It was difficult to get past the odor to the taste, which seemed drinkable but flabby. Maybe just a bad bottle.

April 11, 2009 - Very pleasant and interesting Merlot, very supple, balanced, showing nice notes of dark cherries, all in moderation and harmony, evolving into some interesting chambord liquor notes in the end. There is some dusty texture and flavor to it, in the mid-palate. Very interesting.
