January 7, 2016 - Surprisingly for a 10 year old petite sirah, the tannins are almost completely resolved and this is not a very big red. Primarily sweet cherry flavors. No real complexity here, but it's a yummy, very accessible wine. Drink now or never.

November 24, 2011 - i got just a taste, but it was enough to demonstrate no real typicity. in fact, while i was drinking it i thought it was a bloated pinot. disappointing.

November 24, 2011 - popped and poured at the restaurant, so really didn't have time to let it breath. Seemed a bit muddy and heavy. Will hold on to the next two for a while.

November 8, 2011 - Beautiful dark color. Bouquet: Heavy alcohols, blackberry, mozerella cheese, black pepper and legume with a slight jalapeno overtone. Palate: Bark, alcohols, black pepper front, old vine and notes of currant. Mellows out after about 1-2 hours in the glass.

July 26, 2011 - Dark and inky juice with a rich blackberry-pie nose, soft in the mouth with rich fruit and gentle integrated tannins. Maybe just on the edge of going over the top, so don't hold 'em if you've got 'em. Medium finish, and just a bit one-dimensional.
