February 5, 2017 - Very nice cab. Still strong tannins but otherwise mature and drinking well.
September 13, 2014 - Not 100% cab but no problem. Superb. Complete wine, deep purple color, berries and sweet floral nose, velvet smooth with only hint of oak on the finish. Drinking very well now.
July 4, 2013 - This wine was surprisingly smooth at this age. Great big fruit on the nose and fantastic finish.

November 10, 2012 - - Brick color - Delicious. Took this bottle to Central in DC, and popped and poured with steak tartare and hangar steak. Got better as the night went on of course. A baby, but already fruit forward with a nice bit of black and red fruit, earth and graphite.
December 8, 2011 - nice dark fruit nose and very soft tannins on the palate. The finish is long with pencil lead and bittersweet chocolate.
August 8, 2011 - Drank at Pacific Grill, dark red with aromas of dark fruit. Soft and luxurious wine with tastes of dark cherries and plums. Tastes some coffee and chocolate, long finish. Very good.

Flavors of dark cherry, cassis and dark roast espresso lead to a rich yet elegant finish.
A super baby of a wine this is one to cellar for a decade or more.
