May 28, 2022 - Still kicking! surprised to see this particular wine still drinkable but it was pretty tasty. the fruit has faded a bit but so have any edges. very drinkable.
Stored at room temperature for a decade probably. Decanted for sediment.

≈1 hr in a small tasting glass before I got to it; Also, of UNCERTAIN storage before Dan recently obtained it;
N: Some init barnyrd which blows off to creamy oak atop ripe berries
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtins frt (approaching threshold R.S.?) met by astringent pucker which pretty much resolves by the LONG, balanced finish with a distinct swtness to the fairly innocuous, dusty tannins. Approachable now with food, might still improve a bit, then make its 15th without problem. 14% ABV; My EXC-/EXC.
June 7, 2015 - A good Malbech. Well stored. Perfect mach to bloody beefs. Good balanced fruit, soft tannins and quite long aftertaste. Almost full bodied.

October 11, 2011 - Deep color, luscious, fruity, not as long a finish ad I expected, probably will have softened a bit by tomorrow.
September 4, 2011 - Delightful! A blend of oak and dark fruits with a creamy textured finish. My favorite Malbec under $10.
June 27, 2011 - Nice Malbec. Needed breathing time - decanted. Started to round out after about 1 hour.

May 21, 2011 - A very interesting malbec. A little on the tamer side but not in a bad way, it's very easy drinking w/ a good plum, peppery & w/ slight smokey taste. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
