December 7, 2012 - Red to brick medium color. Cherry and some less than ideal volatile smell. Less fruit but moderate alcohol and bitterness. Reasonably long aftertaste.

March 24, 2011 - Initially, I thought I was drinking cough medicine. After an hour or so it settled down and was very drinkable.
March 2, 2011 - awful
February 26, 2011 - I'm all over the place with this wine. I drank 3 bottles and they ranged from 80 to 87. Very strange that each bottle was different as far as rating.
February 20, 2011 - Nothing special. May only qualify as a week night wine. Is really non-descript.
January 16, 2011 - Not much on the nose. Lots of nice things going on in the taste. More than the typical Zin notes. I picked up on grape jam taste.
One thing I did not like was the color was slightly cloudy. All in all a pretty good zin for beginners.
December 26, 2010 - Fruity & smooth, not overly complex, but a very approachable Zin well suited for entertaining.
