Community Tasting Notes 9

February 4, 2016 - Incredibly reductive. I only took a sip and left the rest in the glass.

Culled from my boss's wine cellar and brought to Char Steakhouse in Raritan, NJ ($25 corkage fee), the others at my table drank this but I could not.

    May 4, 2013 - lovely Bordeaux style ... smooth ... complex ... medium after taste ...

September 3, 2011 - Really nice, balanced and silky. Raspberry, touch of herbs, round in the mouth, a very nice wine. Underrated, years of life in it, keeps getting better, initial thin, hard edges have melted off. Open and enjoy.

March 19, 2011 - Bottle 3/3. Two previous have been below par (alcohol too obvious), but this one was singing. We served it pretty cold, and it seemed to suit the wine well. Good acidity at the end makes me believe this wine has many years left.
