December 31, 2023 - Still drinking great. Very strawberry forward in the nose. Decanted for an hour and it opened up lovely. Still drinking great

April 2, 2022 - Very impressive. Initially a bit closed but opened up; in fact, even better 3 days later! But first impressions were just like a nice aged Bordeaux though maybe with a bit less red fruit on the nose. Palate was complex, full bodied, even a bit of tannin but overall very nice with grilled steak. Over time, the notes became more integrated; much harder to pick out the different varietals. Will definitely age longer even though the color had brown notes.

January 31, 2021 - Decanted for one hour. A mix of red and dark fruit, some earth and leather, a hint of fresh peppery herbs, maybe the slightest inkling of mint. Silky, well integrated, tannins basically gone. Perhaps just a tad past it’s prime but really great.

October 28, 2019 - Sublime. Opened with neighbors for birthday celebration at Bruno's restuarant. Nose of dark berries with a hint of forest; extremely smooth on the palate; still a bit of tannin but had to look for it. Bright red fruit on the attack with darker fruit underneath. medium to long finish. Very, very nice. Probably at its peak though maybe not?

June 13, 2018 - Despite or maybe because of its age, this bottle was fantastic. Dark red but no brown in the glass, mix of ripe black and red fruit on the nose, great structure with just a touch of tannin and oak on the palate to go with the fruit, hint of leather and a nice mix of spices. Medium to almost long finish that is smooth and elegant.
