May 18, 2020 - Last of 12, totally POXED and undrinkable!!!!!
December 2, 2019 - 11th of 12, opened an hour, perfect cork and level, better if not best bottle yet, youthful, fresh and pure, no hint of pox, slightly oily but nice tension and citric cut, bags of life on this showing! F (17.5).
August 23, 2019 - 9th and 10th of 12, pnp, perfect corks and levels, first bottle POXED and undrinkable, second fresh if with a hint of incipient pox, bit burly and oily, but attractive depth and drive to fruit, drink up. VGI (17).
March 8, 2019 - Fairly mature with tangy flavors of lemon/lime and chalky minerals with a hint of caramel on the finish. Nice silky texture but doesn't have the acidity and tension of some of his other vintages.
March 5, 2019 - 8th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level,, darker, fatter, lightly poxed. This bottle VG (16) but food match essential......these wines are a roller-coaster!
December 25, 2018 - 7th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, fresh, pure, rather lovely and not poxed in the least. F (17.5).
December 11, 2018 - 6th of 12, pnp, apparently ok cork and level, darker colour, lightly POXED, just drinkable, some style beneath if very clunky, luckily the food match covered many of this wine's problems. This bottle just about QG (14).
July 23, 2018 - 5th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, continuing the improving trend, real weight, slightly oily, nice lift of balancing lemon zest, could use more minerality. F (17.5).
May 30, 2018 - 4th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, maybe tighter, more mineral and fresher than Jan bottle, tempted to add another point. F (17.5).
January 27, 2018 - 3rd of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, as my last bottle. F (17.5).
