October 22, 2016 - Tasted during the WA tasting event "a matter of taste". Medium ruby. Nose of cherry, earth, spices. An elegant Chianti, light-med bodied on the palate.

October 12, 2015 - PnP + over 2 hrs. Nose of forest floor and cherry. Palate of same with good acidity, still tannic, chalky, spicy finish. Developing very nicely. Like the effects of age.

September 19, 2015 - Very good bottle of wine. Cherry and raspberries. Still fresh fruit, you could easily save the bottles 3-5 more years.

October 20, 2013 - Decanted with lots of sediment in bottle. Traditional style Chianti Classico Riserva. Drinking very nicely right now and was delicious with my chinghiale ragu and gnocchi.
