October 5, 2017 - Strawberries, raspberries, citrus, and graham cracker sweetness fill the nose. There's vibrancy, lift, and weight to the red berry, tangerine, and lime flavors, but they're a tad less interesting than the nose. Chalk and citrus pith finish.

October 1, 2017 - Nice dry, more of any everyday rose.

December 11, 2016 - Color was darker side of rose. Nose showed hints of toast and well developed age. Abundance of small bubbles and taste was excellent mature sparkler with yeast and fruit balance. Still has some potential to age gracefully.

September 9, 2016 - Rather subtle pop when opening, but vigorous bubbles in the glass. Beautiful copper-pink color. This wine has some weight to it. Toasted bread and strawberries on the nose. A bit short on the palate, with yeasty notes. A decent wine, but a bit disappointing given this is their top bottling.
