December 30, 2022 - Disgorged Nov 09. This was such a treat on Christmas morning. The nose has that classic biscuity character. Lovely silky mouthfeel and plenty of fine bubbles. Great depth of flavours, there’s still a bit of citrus freshness but then layers of honey, brioche, and hazelnuts. In a lovely place, I wish I had more left.

November 14, 2021 - deep golden hue, floral nose, pear on the front of the palate gives way to expressive minerals - lots of terroir for champagne, tight, controlled effervescence. This is possibly the more enjoyable sparkling wine i have ever had the pleasure of tasting
