June 21, 2022 - Benefited from opening before drinking but did not need too long, very smooth and great finish. Went well with steak, and cheese.

August 24, 2021 - Lots of cherry notes and initially some wet earth. Deep ruby color with brownish color at the rim of the glass hinting to its age. Smooth finish with only a ghost of tannins left. Pairs amazingly with Ratatouille and a buttery garlic linguini

August 7, 2020 - Deux bouteilles ouvertes et bues. Les deux étaient en très grande forme et pas mal identiques. Le vin commence à peine à montrer un pourtour ocre. Beau nez bien net de fruits noirs et de chocolat. La bouche est étonnante de jeunesse. Encore frâiche et avec suffisamment de structure pour tenir le coup plusieurs années encore. Vraiment très bon!

December 22, 2018 - Dried cherries, Tuscan earth, violets, and hints of clove and white pepper. Smooth on entry with a slightly spicy finish. A welcome change from the Aussie Reds I've been drinking of late.
