February 15, 2011 - Nose initially has a distinct celery note, which thankfully dissipates for the most part. Palate is fresh, lively and clean, and overall is reminiscent of sauvignon blanc. Quite nice, other than the initial blast of celery.

Though dry, wine has a sweet nose and very ripe plum flavor, almost like a lilquid jam. Pair this wiith foods such as barb-b-que ribs, short ribs, salmon braised with a sweet oriental sauce
